Owned by Greg and Janet Morse and located 4 miles west of Putnam in the Crow Creek valley, Trail’s End Organic Farm has been in the Morse family for 96 years – celebrating 26 years of organic certification for livestock and crops in 2017. The farm is divided equally between cropland and timber/pasture. Crops include soybeans, rye, alfalfa, sunflowers, popcorn, wheat, field peas, and hay.
Our USDA Certified-Organic 100% Grass-Fed Cattle are a Scottish Highland/Aberdeen Angus cross which ensures lean and flavorful beef. The cattle spend their time out on pasture with access to clean water and shelter. In winter the cattle are fed organic hay.
