Pine Cliff Ranch is located in the foothills near Castle Rock, Colorado, on an historic 3,900-acre ranch. Fresh air, healthy soils, clean water, native grass, and low stress combine to make our beef the best you will ever eat.
Our cattle are raised on nothing but grass and their mother’s milk, so you can be assured that there will never be ANY trace of growth hormones or antibiotics in our beef. Because we finish our beef on grass, it is much higher than grain-finished beef in conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), Omega 3 fatty acids, and Vitamin E and much lower in saturated fats and cholesterol.
Our beef is processed in an official USDA-inspected plant located less than 15 miles from our Ranch, so you can also be assured that you are eating a truly local product. Our beef is available in early summer and in the fall which ensures that it is truly grass finished. We currently sell split halves, halves and full beef orders.
