Ellett Valley Beef Co. is a small, family farm in the mountains of Southwest Virginia near Blacksburg. We have raised beef cattle continuously since 1975.
Our mission is to produce healthy, tasty grass-finished beef in a responsible, sustainable fashion, and to produce quality Red Devon seedstock cattle.
Our protocols include:
Humane animal treatment
No hormones, no antibiotics
No grain feeding
Animals in the beef program must be born and raised on the farm
Our grass-finished Devon beef is sold by the quarter, half, or whole based on packaged weight, as well as 20-pound family packs when available.
