Clark Summit Farm is located in North West Marin. We are a small fourth generation farm. We raise our grass fed cattle, hogs and laying hens with the greatest of care. We strive to reach the diversification and sustainability of my Grandfather’s farm and the environmental awareness of our own generation. We are located a few miles inland from the ocean, between Tomales and Bodega Bays. The fog mists shroud the land frequently, extending our green grazing season, and keeping our livestock comfortable within the moderate marine layer.
Our chicken and eggs are certified organic, as will our pork be in the 2006 season. Our cattle are raised on organic pasture, fed organic hay in the winter and are free of antibiotic or hormone treatments. They live their lives contently in the peacefulness of gentle rolling hills. We sell our delicious grass finished beef by the split quarter, half and whole; our pastured hogs by the half and whole and our free-range organic chicken eggs by the case (15 dozen). We also offer, free range organic spring and stewing chickens.
