All Grass Farms is a diversified “pasture farm” providing our Chicago-area customers with 100% grass-fed beef, raw Guernsey milk, free-range broiler chickens and eggs, turkeys, and pasture-raised pork. In 2017 we will also be growing about 12 acres of vegetables along with raw honey at our Brunner Farm location.
Growing the highest quality, nutrient-dense “clean food” possible is our goal. We believe the way to raise livestock is to provide an environment that is sustainable and mimics their natural living conditions. This means they are raised outdoors on fresh rotated pastures for the majority of their lives, with the omnivores (pigs and chickens) pasture forage supplemented with certified organic, non-GMO feeds. All of our vegetables are grown organically without synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides.
OUR FARM STORE IS OPEN 10 AM – 6 PM DAILY YEAR ROUND. Customers can purchase 100% grass fed beef (ground, steaks, roasts, bones) pasture raised/free-range eggs, pastured pork and chicken, raw local honey, cheese and yogurt, and a variety of pickled vegetables in the store. Fresh vegetables and pasture-raised chickens during the summer and fall months.
